Questions people actually ask

Is there a contract?

There is a written agreement, andits length follows how you pay. Spread your onboarding across your first three months and the agreement covers those three months. Pay it up front and there is nothing to spread, so there is less to commit to.

The same applies to anything built once, like a website or Sage. You can pay outright, or spread it across a set number of months and we hold the agreement for that long. We would rather match the term to what actually helps your cash flow than apply one rule to everybody.

Who owns what you build?

The brand voice profile we build is yours. So is the content itself, which lives on your own accounts and stays there whether or not you work with us. A website we build for you is yours too, for as long as the monthly upkeep that hosts and maintains it is running.

The systems we run it all through are ours: the publishing pipeline, the agents, the tooling. We built them for ourselves so we could run your marketing the way you would, on every channel at once. You do not pay to build any of it, which is exactly why it does not transfer.

What does the ad fee actually work out to?

Ad management is part of Market Leader. A set amount of managed spend is included in the tier price, and above that we bill a percentage of the amount over the line, never a percentage of your whole budget. There is no cliff at the line.

How much of my time does this take?

On Graphics, almost none: we build your voice once, then write and publish for you. On Graphics plus video, the time it takes to film and edit your own clips, or none at all if we make the reels for you. On Market Leader you stop editing entirely, so it is filming what you like plus one recorded conversation a month.
