We already paid to build it, so there is no build fee and no line item on your invoice. We take 15% of the sales that route through it, ongoing, for as long as it runs on your site.

One concierge who answers your website chat and your texts, around the clock. She learns your practice as she goes, so the answers get better the longer she runs.

Sage on the phone

The same concierge on a dedicated local line. Nobody reaches a voicemail box at 7pm again.

Full podcast production

$1,000 to $1,500 a month

Editing and distribution to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and the rest. Separate from the monthly recording session already in Tier Two.

Coaching

$250 a month committed, or $350 for a single session

Business and marketing strategy, or on-camera coaching. Often the way people start: learn the system, run it yourself, keep us for the lighter touch.

Brand voice built, colors and assets set, every account connected and verified before anything publishes.

Priced on scope

A one-time project, separate from every tier, with a payment plan across consecutive months rather than paid upfront. Available on any tier.

Questions people actually ask

Is there a contract?

There is a written agreement so both sides know the scope. We are not interested in holding anyone with a term they regret.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The voice profile, the content bank, the website, all of it stays yours. That is the whole point of building infrastructure instead of renting you posts.

What does the ad fee actually work out to?

On Tier Two, if you run $1,500 a month in ads, we manage all of it and bill 15% of the $500 above the threshold, so $75. Not 15% of $1,500. There is no cliff at the line.

How much of my time does this take?

On Tier One, whatever it takes you to shoot footage on your phone. On Tier Two and Three, that plus one recording session a month.
